Enrollment for 26-27 School Year Is OPEN for all NEW Students TK-5th Grade
New This Year: All enrollment will be done online. Please do not bring forms to the school site unless instructed to do so by office staff. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Alyson via email ([email protected]) or phone (619-605-2500 x2).
To enroll your child at Tierrasanta Elementary, you must complete the online enrollment process:
The Following Forms are required to be uploaded during the enrollment process. Please have them ready.
- Health Form
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Mortgage Statement, Rental or Lease Agreement, or Military Housing Orders)
- Up-to-Date Immunization Record (submit what you currently have, by the first week of school you will have to have the following)
- 5 DTaP (4 doses meet requirement, at least 1 dose given on or after 4th birthday)
- 4 Polio (3 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday)
- 3 Hep B
- 2 MMR (1st dose on or after 1st birthday)
- 2 Varicella
**Please note that enrollment will NOT be accepted without all of the required documents.
NEW THIS YEAR
All Currently enrolled TK - 5 students MUST Re-Enroll beginning March 23rd for the following school year. This process also requires a Parent Portal account. Re-enrollment will take 2-3 minutes, and gives families the opportunity to update address, contact info, etc.. In order to do so, you must have created a Parent Portal Account in Powerschool.

- Once you are in, review and update your information and complete required annual forms as they appear in the Portal.
